  Haley and her team are incredible.  Not one detail was missed.  The coordination with my daughter and myself was spot on.  Haley knew how to handle the venue owner, bride, vendors as well as guests and attendants with ease and humor.  Making each and every person she came in contact with feel welcomed and appreciated.  This is no small task when putting together a wedding and all of the emotions that go along with that.

The day turned out to be a bit of a mystery as to whether the ceremony would be inside or outside.  Late September can always be a mystery in our area.  Well, the weather didn’t disappoint.  Haley and her team pivoted from decorating a beautiful arbor outside, to meticulously keeping up with the image the bride wanted and keeping things moving in a timely fashion, and decorated the interior of the venue.  At the last minute we moved the wedding inside and Haley and her team made it happen seamlessly. 

The flowers were exactly what my daughter envisioned as well as the table settings, and each little touch was not overlooked.  Haley handled communication with the DJ, Caterers, Venue Owner, as well as keeping the bride, MOB, MOG and all the other guests she came into contact with smiling and enjoying the party.  We all danced into the evening and had the best day!  PRICELESS!

I highly recommend Haley and her team to coordinate your special day, whether that’s a wedding, bridal shower, or any other party that you want the WOW factor!  Haley is one of a kind!

My husband and I had our wedding on 9.30.23 and we had the honor of having Haley as our coordinator. From the moment we met her we felt like we had known her for years. When I arrived at the venue Haley had already been overseeing everyone and everything ready to go. All of the other vendors also really liked her. She has such great attention to detail and handling any situation that might arrive. We had an incident of our caterer not arriving on time and Haley was on it. I didn’t feel stressed at all knowing she was going to take care of it and whatever happened would be fine. She checked in with us constantly through the night and let us know where to go next which was exactly what I needed and asked for. If anything wrong happened during the night, neither of us knew. It was honestly the best and most fun night of our lives and I don’t think it would have been without Haley there getting us through it all. I would highly recommend Haley for any service and we will definitely be contacting her again for help with future events. Thank you SO MUCH Haley!

  I was one of those brides who KNEW I needed a day of coordinator, from the beginning I knew I needed help, but I had zero clue where to start, what I needed, what to bring or anything. When I started the hunt like every bride does for a coordinator, I reached out to so many and along came Haley. She is so sweet, organized, thoughtful, calm, and is very present in every conversation. She truly makes you feel special. I immediately felt a sense of relief once she and I talked, and I was still over a year out from my wedding. She listened to all my concerns, answered any and all questions I had and helped me bring my entire vision to life. I boasted and bragged about Haley the entire wedding process because she truly made me a happy bride!

The wedding day, she showed up promptly on time, got straight to work since she did my flowers and day of coordination. She had everything in order, had everyone and everything exactly where it needed to be, and I didn’t even have to answer a question, she just handled it and I got to enjoy my day with my husband from start to finish. 

When Haley asked me what my Vision was for flowers or if I had a florist, I said “ eh flowers, do I have to have them” well the answer is YES, if you’re toggling between silk, fake or real flowers… the answer is always real flowers, it’ll bring your event to the next level. Haley mentioned to me she also does floral work, so I sent her some ideas I had ( I don’t think I even knew what I wanted) she sent me some ideas to help me.. and I finally settled on what I wanted I just had to wait till the wedding day came to see my vision come to life… 

The wedding day rolled around and holy smokes… my flowers were the most beautiful thing that I have ever laid eyes on. She did the most amazing job on all my flowers!  I would recommend 100% Haley for florals and coordination of any kind, whether that be full planning, day of coordination or even some help here and there. She made my wedding day run so smoothly, made it the most magnificent day, and made me feel so calm throughout the entire process. I would hire Haley over and over again! 

  I was lucky enough to meet Haley just a few months before our wedding, and she was an answered prayer! She took my vision and made my wedding absolutely seamless. She was easy to work with, confident in her skills, and has a fun and upbeat personality anyone will love. One the day of she went above and beyond to insure everything went off without a hitch (and it did!) I would recommend Haley to anyone in need of a planner, coordinator, florist or all of the above!

We loved working with Haley!!! She was great at communicating leading up to our rehearsal and wedding day and took charge of coordinating our rehearsal and wedding day down to the tiniest details, such as when vases would be arriving and whether or not the venue would have some materials she needed for florals. She is extremely organized AND flexible, professional, warm, and prepared for anything. She even had floss for a last-minute lunch accident. We could tell that she has a lot of experience in the wedding industry from her confidence and preparedness. Also, she always arrived at least 20 minutes earlier than we needed her to.

I am typically a worrier, and I can honestly say I had zero worries on our wedding day because Haley had everything handled. Neither my partner or I had to lift a finger on our wedding day and everything still went perfectly according to plan.

Haley, you were beyond amazing!! The flowers you put together for the wedding arch and photo prop were better than I even imagined! Your coordinating skills were beyond what I expected. You kept everybody in line, made sure we stayed on track with the timeline, continuously checked on me throughout the day asking if I needed anything.  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Haley in two different capacities for our wedding – both as our day of coordinator and our florist – and she knocked it out of the park on both counts. She was so easy to work with, kept us on track with the planning process without making us feel stressed, and was incredibly organized with checklists, regularly scheduled calls, and detailed notes every step of the way. She asked our other vendors all of the questions that we never would have thought to ask and handled communication and coordination with all of them effortlessly. On the day of our wedding, she was so calm, collected, supportive, and on top of every little detail – the name of her business fits her work perfectly!

And then the flowers! Initially I had only a vague idea of what I wanted: mostly neutral-colored, with some greenery and a pop of color. Haley asked all the right questions to narrow down exactly what I was looking for and sent along lots of example photos to help me make some decisions. She took all of those inputs and put together the most beautiful bouquets (and boutonnieres and corsages!) that I have ever seen. She truly has a talent for floral arrangements.
